CURRENCY
All memberships are priced in USD as stated in the ‘memberships” section on the homepage of our website
(izzysamuel.com).
WHY?
The video streaming section of our website is hosted by a US based platform and this is the only available option.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel anytime by logging into your account, navigating through the drop down menu to Billing & Subscription, selecting Manage Subscription, and scrolling to the bottom of the page to click Cancel Subscription.
Alternatively, you can email us at
contact@izzysamuel.com and we will take care of it for you.
PAUSING A MEMBERSHIP
You can pause your membership for one, two or three months at a time. Note one month is the minimum pause period.
To pause your membership, please contact us via email at contact@izzysamuel.com with a minimum of 14 days notice, noting your desired pause period, with specific dates included.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are available when you choose to cancel your membership within the first 48 hours after purchase.
Any requests made for the refund of a membership that has been active for longer than 48 hours will be denied.
To ensure that a membership is right for you, we recommend trying out some of Izzy’s most recent Youtube workouts prior to signing up to the website.
FREE TRIAL
We do not offer a free trial, as Izzy has a YouTube channel with over 75 workouts available to try for free, including her original 25 Day Challenge.
If you are unsure if a membership is right for you, we recommend trying a few of Izzy’s most recent workouts on her YouTube channel prior to signing up.
PRE AND POSTNATAL
We do not currently offer a pre or postnatal program. Our very first program designed specifically for our new Moms and Moms to be will be released in early 2026.
BEGINNER FRIENDL Y WORKOUTS
We do not currently offer any workouts tailored specifically to beginners. Our very first beginner friendly program will be launching in early 2026.
Whilst some people who are beginners to this style of training but have a strong pre-existing background in fitness may find our workouts suitable, we do not recommend our workouts for anyone who is completely new to fitness as a whole.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
Our workouts incorporate the following equipment:
a set of light hand weights (1-3kgs depending on your
strength).
yoga block.
pilates ball.
resistance band.
ankle/wrist weights.
sliders.
pilates ring.
Our strength program, STRONGER, uses heavier dumbbells. We cannot advise you on the specific weight to use for these workouts.
Please read through the introductory post for STRONGER on our Instagram for advice on how to select the right weight for your training with this specific program.
STRONG VS YOUTUBE: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?
YOUTUBE:
one new workout per week.
intermediate level workouts.
all workouts in our signature
‘Strength x Pilates’ style.
workouts most commonly use weights and ankle weights.
weekly schedule.
STRONG:
five new workouts per week + videos that are uploaded to Youtube.
intermediate - advanced level workouts ranging from 15 - 65 minutes.
three different class styles: Strength (Pilates x Strength), Sculpt
(slow burn) and Sweat & Sculpt (Pilates x Strength x HIIT).
workouts use weights, ankle/wrist weights, yoga block, resistance
